True Form Labs ships physical 3D-printed products across India. Digital files are delivered to your account after payment and do not require shipping.

Processing and delivery

Most made-to-order prints are prepared within 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on your shipping zone and begin after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat, zone-based rate displayed before payment. We will contact you before dispatch if an address is not serviceable or requires a material delivery surcharge.

Address changes and tracking

Please ensure your address, phone number and PIN code are correct. Contact us promptly for changes; once dispatched, changes may not be possible. Tracking details are shared when available.
