Return & Refund Policy

True Form Labs products are made to order and individually quality-checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or minor surface variation inherent to 3D printing.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Custom prints and digital files

Custom, personalised, and made-to-order prints are final sale once production begins. Digital downloads are also final sale. These items remain eligible for a remedy if they are defective or if required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the issue was our error.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel orders before production begins; once a custom or made-to-order item enters production, cancellation may not be possible.
